A Tale of Two Kyle’s

In the words of David Bowie, ch-ch-ch-changes are coming to AFSOH.co! We have brought on board two new authors to help us bring you exciting new content about beer and cocktails. While they will surely leave their own mark, here is a quick background on our new contributors:

Kyle Morton brings his home brew expertise to the site, having created several award-winning beers in the past. A chemical engineer by training, Kyle also gets to work with grain alcohol at his day job. We are fortunate to have someone with both the technical and practical knowledge.

Kyle Probst joins us as our cocktail expert, however he also has extensive experience with all types of libations. Kyle has a doctorate in grain science and many years behind the bar. His creative cocktails and flavors are going to provide a great backdrop for some interesting content.
